Refund & Exchanges

If you are not happy with your Asian Libido purchase, you may return the unused portion to us for a refund or exchange. Returns must be received within 28 days of purchase.

When returning any item, it is always best to use a postal service that insures you for the value of the items you are returning. Please ensure your returns are well packed! They must reach us in good condition for a refund or exchange to be issued.

All returned items will be inspected and are subject to a 5% restocking fee. Unfortunately the cost of delivery is non-refundable.

Shipping and deliveries accept international orders. If we are unable to deliver to your location, we will inform you and refund you in full. Please select the option that best suits your delivery needs during the checkout process. The rate charged for delivery will depend on your location and selected delivery service.

All orders are shipped within 48 hours Monday to Friday.

If a tracking number is provided by the courier, we will update your order with the tracking information.

Please note that when customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

We assume no responsibility with respect to any tariffs, duties, or other such restrictions and charges imposed by the destination country.  If the order is refused, the customer is responsible for the duties/taxes incurred at the border of the respective country. Please check with your local customs office for exact charges.

We will only deliver to the address submitted at the time the order was placed, and cannot redirect or reroute the package to an alternate address.

If there is any damage, please notify the courier immediately. We ask that you retain the packing and the damaged items for inspection by the courier. We assume no responsibility for damaged packages or delivery refusals.

If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment. reserve the right to reject any order that we consider questionable or fraudulent.  If we suspect that fraudulent information has been provided, we will immediately place the order on hold until necessary checks have been completed.
